Our Heavenly BBQ Style
At Grumpy Jake's, we specialize in Texas-style BBQ, which means we use a custom blended dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over mesquite wood for that perfect grilled taste. This creates a savory layer on the outside of the meat and a juicy, tender inside. We also offer a variety of authentic homemade BBQ sauces to smother your meats in that is undeniably the best BBQ sauce in the White Mountains.
